Isn't it funny how selecting Miers and Roberts took weeks, yet selecting insanely conservative Samuel Alito a.k.a. "Scalito" happens over the weekend? No, it isn't. Bush just wants us all to forget that he is caught in the middle of Plamegate, the emerging scandal that has already led to the indictment of Lewis Libby and could lead to the indictments of Karl Rove and even Dick Cheney.
